Innovation and the digital world: Influence of agile structures and intelectual capital /

Abstract

They are realities and truths built not as slow decanting but presented at the speed of the click, with the capacity to mutate within the conceptions of speciation (Gould, 2014) and punctuated equilibrium (Bartszek, 2020; Colby, 2020; Gersick, 2020) whose implications take evolution out of simple chance and lead it, from scientific support, to build certain probabilities of change at the will of the ingenious and innovative. Is this a negative version of history? Not if one assumes that the problem is the challenges in which humanity will rise to produce the pertinent changes and adjustments, without renouncing its past, nor its present, and even less its future. It is for this reason that it is important to understand the necessary changes that must take place in order to find, as well as at the end of the Second World War, a long term north that recognizes the new reality and allows for a construction in which the new wellbeing covers more people than the one that was and already presented fissures since the nineties.
