El docente universitario y su gestion del conocimiento ante la responsabilidad social

Abstract

El propósito es relacionar y reflexionar sobre la responsabilidad social del docente universitario frente a la gestión del conocimiento que imparte desde su practica, abordando diversas dimensiones en las que está inmerso, y que son indicadores del estado de “profesionalización docente”, por lo que se torna determinante identificar las características de estas dimensiones desde los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan un modelo sobre la base de la relación entre la diversidad de cualidades del profesor y la unidad de desempeño profesional con la finalidad de consolidar la gestión del conocimiento ante la responsabilidad social.

Abstract: Th e purpose is to relate and refl ect on the social responsibility of the university teacher opposite to the management of the knowledge that it(he,she) gives from his(her,your) practice, approaching diverse dimensions in which it(he) is immersed, and that they are indicators of the condition(state) of “educational professionalization”, for what it(he,she) becomes determinant to identify the characteristics of these dimensions from the theoretical foundations that sustain a model on the base of the relation between(among) the diversity of qualities of the teacher and the unit of professional performance(discharge) with the purpose of consolidating the management of the knowledge before the social responsibility.
