Evaluación de los sistemas de gestión de calidad en los programas de Ingeniería Industrial de Barranquilla

Abstract

En este artículo de investigación se presentan los resultados asociados con la evaluación de los sistemas de gestión de Gestión de la Calidad de los programas de Ingeniería Industrial de Barranquilla. Inicialmente se identifican las diferentes variables y categorías asociadas con los sistemas y el referente internacional, con lo cual se procedió a realizar un instrumento considerando los requisitos de la Norma ISO 9001:2008. Posteriormente se evalúan los programas con el instrumento en mención para finalmente analizar y tabular dicha información. Para esta investigación se tuvieron como referentes teóricos la norma ISO 9001:2008 y referentes conceptuales asociados con los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad en los programas académicos de educación superior. Esta investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, cualitativa y exploratoria.

Abstract: In this article they present the results associated with the evaluation of the systems of management of Management of the Quality of the programs of Barranquilla’s Industrial Engineering. Initially there are identified the different variables and categories associated with the systems and the international modal, with which was proceeded to realize an instrument considering the requirements of the ISO Norm 9001:2008. Later the programs are evaluated by the instrument in mention finally to analyze and to tabulate the above mentioned information. For this investigation the ISO norm was had as theoretical modals 9001:2008 and conceptual modals associated with the Systems of Management of the Quality in the academic programs of top education. This investigation was of type descriptive, qualitative and exploratory.
