Aprovechamiento del contenido ruminal bovino para ceba cunicola, como estrategia para diezmar la contaminación generada por el matadero en San Alberto

Abstract

El sacrificio de ganado bovino, genera gran cantidad de contenido ruminal, que no tiene un destino final adecuado; contribuyendo a la contaminación de los ecosistemas aledaños y de influencia. Con este proyecto se pretende aprovechar este desecho, en la ceba cunicola, ofreciendo una alternativa que permita reducir, de manera significativa, la contaminación ambiental, causada por el mismo, generado en la planta de beneficio de ganado bovino, enel municipio de San Alberto, al sur del departamento del Cesar. Este trabajo contó con 60 conejos, destetos, (nueva Zelanda blanco), cuatro tratamientos, tres repeticiones, cinco animales cada uno (cinco animales por jaula). En el tratamiento uno (T 1), tratamiento testigo, se suministró concentrado comercial a voluntad. Para los tratamientos dos (T 2), tres (T 3) y cuatro (T 4) se mezclaron en diferentes proporciones contenido ruminal, Gliricidia sepium y maíz. La mezcla, se ensiló por un periodo de treinta días, siguiendo las sugerencias aportadas por Trillos y colaboradores en su trabajo. Los resultados permiten afirmar que el contenido ruminal utilizado en la dieta, en las proporciones adecuadas, se convierte en una alternativa, para la generación de proteína de origen animal (cunicola), ofreciendo un destino final no contaminante para este deshecho de matadero.

Abstract: The sacrifice of bovine livestock, generates a great quantity of ruminal, which, it does not have an adequate destination; contributing to the contamination of the environment, and influences on the surrounding eco – systems. With this project is to take advantage of the ruminal bovine content in the feed of rabbits, offering an alternative that reduces in a great significance the contamination of the environment, caused by the throw outs in the slaughter – house. Generated in the interest of the bovine livestock, in the municipality of San Alberto south of the Cesar Department (region). The realization of this work we counted with 60 (Sixty) weaned rabbits (white New Zealander), 4 (four) treatments, 3 (Three) repetitions, 5 (Five) animals, each one ( 5 animals per cage). In treatment one (T1). Treatment observer (Witness), we supplied commercial concentrated or feed, taking in to account the daily average consume of 100 grams. For treatments processes two (T 2), three (T 3), and four (T 4), the concentrated were mixed, together in different proportions, content ruminal, Gliricidia sepium and corn. The mixed was ensiled (Processed) for a period of 30 days. Following the suggestions provided by experts, trails, and collaborators in their field of work. The results permit the positiveness that the content of ruminal used in the diet, in the proper proportions, become a variable alternative, for the generation of the animal origen (cunicola), futhermoviet offers a final destination of non – contaminant for this type of throw – outs in slaughterhouse.
