En este artículo de investigación se presentan los resultados obtenidos en la evaluación de las no conformidades en el proceso de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional SIHSO, en una empresa Productora de Cemento; en primera instancia se hace una revisión de los sistemas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional y de la metodología seis sigma, mostrando los resultados en la medición de variables asociadas a los procesos SIHSO de la empresa, mediante una descripción de la éstos, para lo cual se utilizó un amplio conjunto de herramientas tanto gráficas como estadísticas para llegar a determinar y analizar los problemas que afectan a los procesos. Este estudio desbordó la descripción de conceptos o fenómenos o del establecimiento de relaciones entre conceptos ya que estableció y explicó las relaciones causalmente funcionales que existen entre las variables SIHSO estudiadas.
Abstract: In this research paper presents the results obtained in the evaluation of non-conformities in the process of industrial safety and occupational health SIHSO, the producer of asphalt, in the first instance is a review of industrial security systems and health occupational and six sigma methodology, showing the results in the measurement of variables associated with SIHSO processes of company by means of a description of these, for which an ample graphical set of tools was used as much statistical to arrive to determine and to analyze the possible problems that affect the processes. This study overflowed the description of concepts or phenomena or the establishment of relations between concepts since it causal established and it explained the functional relations that exist between studied variables SIHSO.
