<description>Rol de las instituciones educativas en la alfabetización política y formación cívica y ciudadana de los jóvenes en el municipio de Sabanalarga /Atlántico.
Sanjuan Ahumada, Jesús Rafael; Meza Acosta, Santiago Alberto
This research analyzes the role played by educational institutions in the municipality of Sabanalarga, Atlántico, in the processes of political literacy and civic education among young people. The study emerges from concerns about local political apathy and low youth participation, factors that reveal limitations in the development of critical citizenship. The analysis is grounded in approaches oriented towards political literacy. The structure of the work first addresses the socioeconomic foundations that shape political formation, then examines the impact of regulations and public policies, and finally explores the educational actions implemented by schools to promote civic and political learning.

<title>Estrategias Para El Desarrollo De La Política Pública “Salvaguardia De Los Cuadros Vivos De Galeras” Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial De La Humanidad</title>

<description>Estrategias Para El Desarrollo De La Política Pública “Salvaguardia De Los Cuadros Vivos De Galeras” Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial De La Humanidad
Rodríguez Funes, Gerardo Andrés
This study aims to formulate strategies for developing a public policy to safeguard the Living Tableaux of Galeras, recently declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The research arose from the lack of institutional guidelines to direct the management, preservation, and sustainability of this cultural expression. Using a qualitative approach and a non-experimental design, semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document review were employed to analyze the educational, institutional, and community dynamics surrounding the tradition. The study's findings are organized around three central themes: the role of educational institutions, citizen participation, and the structural requirements for a comprehensive public policy.&#13;
The analysis reveals that educational institutions have sustained the tradition through their own initiatives, such as cultural weeks, which serve as spaces for intergenerational transmission and identity appropriation. However, these actions are carried out without institutional support, teacher training in heritage, or the inclusion of Intangible Cultural Heritage in school curricula. Furthermore, citizen participation, while strong in affective and symbolic terms, lacks formal mechanisms for influence, is fragmented, and operates without cultural governance structures that connect the different social actors.&#13;
Based on these findings, this work proposes a set of strategies aimed at strengthening heritage education, promoting cultural governance, consolidating spaces for meaningful participation, and structuring a public management model that coordinates the efforts of the community, institutions, and the education sector. The proposed strategies are organized under the principles of social co-responsibility, institutional sustainability, intersectoral collaboration, and administrative continuity.

<description>Territorio, Comunicación y Diplomacia: Aproximaciones al Caso de Santa Rosa entre Colombia y Perú
Amud Barrios, Eliz Angelica; Garcés Tovar, Valentina María
In the recent year 2025, a media and diplomatic confrontation is taking place between Colombia and Peru over the sovereignty and legitimacy of the territory of Santa Rosa, located on the triple border of the Amazon River. This dispute has generated various reactions both in terms of bilateral relations between the leaders of the countries and in terms of the media impact that has shaped the different communiqués and how these have influenced the perception and opinion of the public.This descriptive, analytical, and entirely documentary study seeks to evaluate the official communication and diplomatic positions adopted by each country to determine their impact on public perception and the handling of the territorial conflict.From a qualitative approach, various sources such as documents, articles, news reports, and official communiqués are examined in order to identify narratives and interpretive frameworks on sovereignty, borders, and territorial identity.Taking into account all the research carried out, a historical overview is presented that allows us to identify the origin of Santa Rosa Island and its geographical location, which have been central issues in the dispute over the territory of Santa Rosa.
