Abstract:
This thesis proposes a progressive integration methodology for quality, environmental,
and occupational health and safety management systems in Suramericana de Muebles y
Accesorios S.A.S. The initial diagnosis identified duplications, regulatory gaps, and
improvement opportunities in documentation and operational control. A hybrid integration model
y, and a methodological roadmap was structured
around four components: conceptual, strategic, operational, and technical. Results show that
progressive integration optimizes resources, reduces risks, strengthens competitiveness, and
fosters continuous improvement. The proposed methodology is replicable in Colombian exportoriented
manufacturing companies, aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
standards.
